"Horrible to there tenants. Rundown property. Gated but not secure. Overpriced for quality of units. Has a pool but I would not soak my toe in it. Playground for children is a joke. When looking for a apartment skip this DOH HUD property they do not appreciate there tenants treat them like prisoners and could care less about your needs."
"As an apprentice plumber for Wilmore & Sons Plumbing Co. back In 1995-96, I installed all the plumbing in these apartments from ground up. I was First one in to break ground and the last one out to finish. My son who was only 3 yrs old back then remembers taking lunch out to his Daddy, right here on the job site and spending the hour eating lunch on a stack of 4x4s . Today, at 24 yrs old, he and his girlfriend reside in one of the two bedroom apartments that he and I had lunch together over twenty years ago while I was on the job constructing the Courtyards of Washington on F street. #jobonedone"
"I called to see if they're was anything available for my son and I.. First off you don't answer your phone with a sorry attitude then on top of that I couldn't hear her so I let her know kindly. Then she had the same attitude. Just because you don't like your job doesn't mean you have to be mean to the people around you."
