"I scheduled a COVID booster a couple of days in advance, specifying the type of vaccine I needed. I left work early the day of the appointment and upon arrival, was told that they “were not doing that kind today”. The clerk promised me that the following day they would be and to come back. I left work again early, arrived at the pharmacy, and was told that they again were not doing that kind. The pharmacist promised the following (third) day they would. There is no way I am leaving work AGAIN and going. I totally understand being short of supply, delays, difficulty maintaining enough employees - of course I anticipate and support all of the challenges that coincide with the pandemic. But I don’t support a lack of professionalism and customer care. You had all of my details - phone, email - and knew what kind of vaccine I needed! I had received confirmation of my appointment by both text and email. Wouldn’t it have been nice if they texted, called, or emailed… Not going to be be filling any scripts here, that’s for sure!"

"We made our covid booster shot appointment 3 weeks ago so we could schedule to be off work and also allow us the next day to rest if needed. We just arrived at our appointment for 2:45pm on Friday November 26th. The location is closed and while we see someone inside they won’t answer the door or phone. I will never recommend this business. No call to say they were closing early (a couple walking by us told us they were early for their 2:15 appointment and he took them. Someone showed up for their 2:30 and the business told them to “come back tomorrow” the. Locked up.) Unbelievably unprofessional. Beware."

"Everyone was courteous and polite But incompetent Very very very very much . They called me 3 times last month to find out if I had a medicine that I picked up when I was there the 1st time. This month they told me my prescriptions were filled I went to pick them up and they had filled one And told me there was a note in the computer that says do not refill unless I call them. That doesn't bother me except they've refilled one prescription. I am concerned for your welfare in mind they're gonna kill someone someday Disorganization leads to mistakes there cannot be a mistake in this industry"

"I wanted to help small pharmacies by taking my covid vaccin there. Took an appointment, did travel plans specifically. Arrived to my appointment but they had no vaccins. What the point to take appointments???? They are not a serious business. I won't go back"

"Great place. Never been more happy with the way they run there business. They are very helpful and very knowledged with their line of work. The delivery services excellent the pharmacist is precise and I feel comfortable knowing that there on the other end of the prescriptions that we take for our health"
