"Can we please at least get the pool open...it's been in the 90's and triple digits. We live where nothing is accessible without a car and kids are out of school. It's rediculous and rent keeps going up. U advertise a pool and it should be accessible for our kids and apartment community.kids being able to do normal things also keeps them out of trouble. We are not in the best area and it takes a village too raise a home...open the pool...it's beyond hot"

"Patio has turned a business for Mesa Verde management, fine after fine. The manger is a racist and she doesn’t like Muslim tenants at all. The rent is too high and there is no playground for kids. I don’t recommend these apartments for future tenants."

"Mesa Verda Appartments is a worse place for living. 1-Cleanliness is very bad and no greenery or any place for kids to play. 2- Most of the kids are on the parking lot and playing in every corner. 3- Maintenance is poorly taken care when you need it. Sometime you are forced to pay out of pocket for no reason. 4-Management is passive and not listening to you. 5- apartments are full of cockroaches and never properly taken care. This is a big headache. 6- Laundry is worse of all. Every time you have to pay several times for washing your clothes. It’s money eating machines. One laundryroom for entire residents with a few old machines. 7- Every 6 months the rent increases with such poor facilities. I do not recommend this place to anyone to live here. You will be disappointed very soon."

"drug deals, shootings, and terrible management. The management enters with out notice or immediate cause. They refuse to give notice to the owner of discrepancies. They deny all descrepencies even when presented with proof. They give notice of major construction after asked. They give pay or quit notice before rent is due and back date it. The gates are always open. I have closed them several times after hours but management them selves props them open when they see them closed. The trashes are over flowing unless a new tenant is moving in. The spa has been cation taped off all summer. The laundry room smells like mold and is usually covered in water. The kids hit the cars with balls, rocks, and toys. Instead of management doing their job when informed they simply deny it. They want you to call or see them in person when they then tell you that you are saying things that you are not and refuse written corespondents and only address you to tell you no you may not discuss discrepancies with the owner and that the problems never occurred. They also illegally retaliate as soon as you get the housing authority involved. This is a terrible place to waist your money!!!!"

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! horrible management: accused me of skipping rent due to technical error on their part (i have proof), when i confronted them they denied it. Found a gun in my heating vent, they accused me (never owned a weapon in my life). Had homeless people break in and they didnt care then accused me by saying i knew them. When i finally moved out they took their sweet time to give me my deposit, had to call them daily. Tasha is the worst property manager ever and she will ignore any complaint then make you question yourself. I have her on video telling many lies. I almost filed a civil suit against them but didnt want to go to court and deal with these ignorant people any longer than i already had. Tenants are ok, however lots of kids running in the parking lot, and they run into the street with no care. Building is ok, however check vents for weapons. Do not rent, save yourself the money, hassle and drama!!!! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN AND IM GLAD IM OUT OF THERE"
