"Someone keeps playing loud music enough to feel through the walls and floors way too late at night on the regular. Currently its midnight as I'm writing this and looking at reviews of what other people have said it looks like the staff don't bother assisting their tenants with this. I doubt even sending an email asking for assistance will help. I WANT TO SLEEP! Not be kept awake at ridiculous hours of the night."

Downside is that we have a neighbor who blasts music sometimes during the day and also late at night at 12am and beyond and makes the walls shake.
