"Terrible customer service. Lied about pricing when I asked for availability, man said 760 for a 1bd and to go online to apply. I call over and over for a follow up even when they said they’d call me back, no ones answering the phone. I finally get ahold of someone, they tell me I’m denied for a 2 bd when I didn’t even apply for it. Unprofessional, they don’t know what they’re doing. They’ll give you the run around for sure. If you decide to go here, please ask to speak to the manager directly."
"I lived here for 8 years, never had any major issues. Office and facilities staff have always been nice and respectful. Most of my complaints are normal for apartment living: parking, door dings, occasionally loud neighbors. Overall though, it was a great place to live."
