"I've lived at Saratoga West's 3x2 townhouse for about 4 years now. Nice quiet area, lots of nearby parks like Arroyo Park, and I found it to be a great running neighborhood. Our apartment utilities have been reliable and if there is any quick fix or maintenance needed, they are very prompt in resolving any issues. I also like how the washer and dryer are in-unit so there's less of a hassle going to the outdoor laundry facilities and scrambling for quarters all the time. :) Our townhouse has a lot of counterspace, shelves, storage closets. Rooms are also spacious. We even have an outside storage closet. The complex is near Westlake market/Mandro/T-Kumi area and also The Marketplace/Safeway/Panda Express area. Freeways going to Woodland and/or Sacramento/Bay Area are close by. I'm really lucky that I have found a place where I felt comfortable staying in during half of undergrad to grad school at UC Davis."

"I’ve lived in this beautiful, wonderful, well-maintained apartment complex for 8 years. The apartment manager Sharon and the maintenance supervisor Gilberto are two of the most gracious, kind, hardworking and effective professionals I know. This complex continues to attract the nicest of residents. I cannot adequately say how much I appreciate this complex and those who manage it."

"I’ve lived here for about 6 years, starting in a 2 bedroom, then into a 1 bedroom. I’ve been lucky to have a washer/dryer in both units- it makes a HUGE difference! The property is beautifully maintained, with landscapers tending the trees and plants every week. The office and maintenance staff are incredible; very responsive and friendly. Sharon is an amazing manager, she puts her heart into her job. She’s so very sweet and kind, and a very attentive property manager. Gilberto is the on site maintenance guy, always very prompt, friendly and fun to chat with. He’s always working his hardest, even in rain and 100° summers! You’re the man, G! Although things are tough right now due to the pandemic, I feel very lucky to be living somewhere I feel safe. Whenever the staff need to enter the unit (inspection, maintenance reqs etc) they have their masks on and are happy to practice social distancing. I love Saratoga, and the staff! You guys rock, keep it up!"

"I have a friend that lives in theses apartments and her two ESA puppies are getting evicted with a three day notice because of a noise complaint... all this is happening during Covid-19 pandemic...with no previous warnings...I personally know these dogs and they‘re really well behaved. The landlord “Sharon Riddle” is a horrible person and is soo passive aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend to live here at all even if you don’t have an ESA. Who wants to live with a landlord that is not understanding and would evict two emotional support animals during a pandemic...? 0 out of 5 stars."

"I've lived here for 4 years and I've never had an issue with the complex or the management. In fact I loved the layout of the complex and I greatly appreciated Sharon, the property manager. The maintenance team is always on top of things, thanks to Gilberto. If you want a quite, pristine apartment complex you will enjoy this one."
