"I really enjoy living here! Great location! Nice and quiet complex, not too big. I have been here many years and our most recent manager, Mignon is awesome! She is on top of it! People are being held accountable for not following the rules. She has been a pleasure to deal with. I have not had any issues when needing maintenance work and she has great communication skills. You do have to make an appointment to go into the office now due to the pandemic otherwise the door remains locked for obvious safety reasons. Thank you for taking care of our complex!"

"Threatened to tow my car from empty parking lot while visiting. also stood infront of my car not allowing me to leave just so she can have my car towed. Black female manager lives on property but wont answer to emergency calls either . shes on a power trip."
