"Last year i had a complain about AC not working. They took 3 months to fix the issue. This year i filed an work order on 03/0122 and 03/17/22 and 03/22/22 for AC not functional, but still no actions were taken. You demand rent on time, Where's the renter's right. I'll show them the renter's rights. I was impatience, but no more. We will meet in court."

"I was there for 8 years and heard that before 2009, under previous management, it was a nightmare, but things were much better. I was hesitant, but can say that I really liked the management and staff. I always liked going in the office, because the girls cared, I could talk to them and I had never lived somewhere where there was so much effort put into functions and activities for various holidays and family nights etc., so it was nice how it was like a family community. It’s not perfect, of course, but that is because of some of the tenants and not management, for the most part. I am not from W Sac, was not a big fan of moving there from where my home was, but I do miss things about Courtyard Village and really liked Michelle and Norma….and the neighbors I was close to!!!!!"

"Honestly the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. In the nicest way possible the "managers" are lazy. They wont give you information they wont help you they vaguely tell you SOME information when inuring and get upset when you try to confirm. you might want to look elsewhere as I am. i will not pay money out of my pocket to be treated with no respect or have future complications due to lack of effort, or work the staff is PAID to do. extremely sadden and disappointed."

"This place is trashy literally and figuratively. The office worker's look like methy head's. Strange people they hire to do any type of work. Roaches everywhere DON'T LIVE HERE And there is no legit security lol they want just a body to walk around in a security shirt. Everyone in the office needs to be fired cause something is not right."

"I have been living here for 2 months, every time it rains the parking lot is flooded including the sidewalk. To leave or enter my apartment I have to walk through 6" of water. The water extends 5-6' so there is no "hopping" over it to exit dry. I went to the office to ask what they were doing about it and was told that it was MY responsibility to contact the city about it. I asked why they don't call on behalf of the tenants, and their crazy office manager Joe (who I have never met before) came out to back up the office girl saying it was my responsibility. Being fed up with their dumb answer I stormed out. Joe then followed me out to my car screaming at me, "that I could move out if I didn't like it". I then said I am on lease, and he said "I can change that". This psycho continued screaming at me even once I was inside my car. So I called corporate and left a complaint, still haven't heard back. I even called back the next day and left a message. I spoke with my neighbor (who has lived here for years, and had warned me that the lot is always flooded whenever it rains) and he told me more stories about Joe and him screaming at tenants and even pulling a GUN on them. I now feel unsafe living here. How can an office manager still have a job when he is clearly psychotic?! I feel bad for the rest of the staff who are really nice and accommodating. I will not be renewing my lease because of him. If I could put a negative star on here I would."
