"I needed a cover for my aquarium. I asked if there were any in the size I needed. I was glibly told that, nope, no offer to see if one were available or would I like to order one. I brought this to a manager type, calmly pointing out the lack of customer service. She replied "I'm Sorry ". No Customer Service! I went to Tropic Waters...kudos to THEIR knowledgeable staff!"

"My dog has been here twice. Each time I have been happy with the grooming but have recieved attitude about how I need to bring him in more often. That being said, every time I make an appointment. They cancel it. When appointments are several weeks out each time. This means my dog needed groomed months ago. Not to mention, they cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. Ridiculous."
