"management can care less how long you’ve gone without heat during the blizzard, leaking ceilings or working washing machines. expect maintenance to take weeks. seems like every one of our neighbors had something broken down. also, don’t live here if you don’t like bugs. our apartment was infested. bugs everywhere inside no matter what. spiders, ants, pincher bugs, beetles. parking spaces are few."
