"friendly staff members Mariah,Christy and others made things quick and easy since I'm a disabled veteran with some limits"
"The maintenance guy Alex was very friendly and he got it fixed. He had to get certain parts and he kept at it until it our heater was fixed. Very professional and quick."
"It is urgent that you take action in this flood, we cannot have the confidence to use this flooded bathroom, the ceiling light has water and could cause a short or a fire, I am scared of what is happening, I had already notified them and they did not do nothing. It is a danger for me and my son. My entire bathroom is flooded. please fix this."
"From the time that I drove into the street that this apartment complex was located on I was highly impressed. The premises are very clean and inviting. The office is absolutely lovely and decorated with great taste. I was greeted with a great smile by a young lady while I waited for Mariah to get there. I’m always early. Once Mariah arrived she was professional, pleasant, smiled and made me feel “at home”. She took me on a great tour of the grounds which included a great pool, sauna and fireplace area with tasteful pool furniture. She mentioned that there was a larger, Olympic sized pool and gym on the opposite of the property. I walked in the model one bedroom apartment and fell in love. It was PERFECT! I could already picture my furniture pieces and family pictures on the wall. The bathroom was perfect, the kitchen is nice and quaint with room for barstools at the counter as well!! Two closets!! A mini one with shelves on one side and the larger wardrobe closet bear a perfect window. The patio is a great size with a room out there that stores a stackable washer/dryer so you never have to leave home to do laundry!! My favorite! I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The grounds were quiet, nothing looked concerning or swayed me away from applying. Now I pray I can just get in! By the way…the living room has wood flooring! I know…I love that too. If you’re interested in a property..you DEFINITELY should consider Eucalyptus Grove. Thanks Mariah for your time and consideration. Respectfully yours, Silvia M."
"They need a zero-star rating at this point. These 5-star reviews must be inside marketing tactics to bump up the reviews. Cons: Way too overpriced for what you get. This definitely isn't a "you get what you pay for" scenario. We expected a lot more for the price. The size is very small, the layout is awkward (especially bathroom/vanity area), light switches in the most unusual places, minimal natural light. Coming into this place blind (moving from 2 states away and the market being a rat race), we really didn't have a choice. This is after we got re-assigned our unit twice before moving in, the second time was 2 days before move-in. We spotted more flaws in the initial walk-through than what would fit on their checklist, so I typed it up. (See photos). The bathrooms don't have proper ventilation, blowing moisture particles everywhere until they latch on to a surface to grow mildew. Our garage door broke just shortly after moving in, almost fell on the hood of my hubby's truck. At least they fixed ASAP. It is a potentially breathtaking landscape but it gets pretty dirty from the trees very quickly, especially if your car is parked outside, it will get filthy fast. They do pressure wash the area every so often to clean the sidewalks/walk ways and stair wells. The pool doesn't have a net to help tenants skim the pools and do daily maintenance, so sometimes the pool/hot tub can be full of leaves, etc. and they don't clean the pool/hot tub often enough. The parking is scarce. You get one lot parking pass per unit. You can rent a garage or carport, but they aren't cheap. The W/D in the units are TINY and the exhaust blows onto the patio. So if you need to do a big load, you'll have to take your items to the laundry room which isn't a big deal, but of course you have to pay for your loads. The living room has no ceiling/built-in lighting or windows, so you'll need to provide your own lighting for that space. Also, there is no insulation between units so you hear…A LOT. Especially if you have very inconsiderate neighbors. The front office is very unorganized and often quite unwelcoming or apathetic. Christy and Mariah are incompetent and are basically puppets of the corporate system. The move-out protocol is absurd. They require a 60-day notice to vacate. They want to charge you for everything so that you won't get your full deposit back. We were there for a year- we caused no damage, carpet was new from move-in and left without stains or any other issues, and we were charged for carpet cleaning....and stove drip pans. These are routine things that the tenant should not pay for. Pros: 2 pools and hot tub areas, you can choose which one you go to, we enjoy the area with the cabana/grill and outdoor fireplace. The maintenance team is on top of repairs and tend to respond to work orders within a day. The landscape is decent. Tons of eucalyptus trees (hence the name), palm trees and other beautiful plants/trees. Feels fairly safe. The unit storage is decent, but if you have a lot of stuff, you might need a garage. The larger garages are surprisingly big- not only can my hubby fit his truck and motorcycle in there, there is a storage room off to the back for more things to store."
