"I live here in a townhouse, and ten days ago, a lot of mice entered the garage, and I killed more than four of them. I filed a complaint with the apartment office, and an employee sent me to inspect and he saw with his own eyes the mouse. He told me the problem is with the garage door that the mice enter through because it has two holes on the right. And to the north, when the garage door is closed, they enter from the open corner of the garage and he told me that he will talk to the apartment manager. So far, this problem has not been solved, and I have pictures of the rats. I asked for the manager’s number to talk to him and I spend than $48 from my pocket of mouse traps."

"I lived here for 3 years and honestly it has been the best apartments I've lived in. Special shout out to manager Crystal for always being sweet and professional and to maintenance Manny, who always did such a great job. the units are spacious, modern and comfy. Amenities were nice, and its calm and quiet for the most part. Too bad rent increases are crazy at this time, but if it were not for that id see myself living here a long time. Everyone at Tavera is timely, courteous and professional even after the leasing process they are very attentive with whatever you need."

"Rooms are great, area is nice, but my favorite part about staying at Tavera was the leasing office. Crystal and Xihomara are beautiful souls it’s always good energy! And maintenance was always timely and correct thanks to Manny. 10 outta 10 highly recommend staying here. Definitely my favorite complex"

"I recently moved out of Tavera and have to say hands down, it was my most favorite apartment complex that I've ever lived at. The property went through at least 3-4 managers during the time I lived there and a couple of years of the property not looking so great (It was a landscaping issue, dog poop not being picked up, and dirty hallways). The current manager, Heather, really cleaned up the place when she took over! It was nice to see the improvements especially because you pay a good amount of money to live in a luxury complex and expect it to look that way. She and the rest of the office staff were always helpful when I had questions. The housekeeping and maintenance team always worked hard and were very helpful and friendly. I can't remember the maintenance man's name, but my apartment maintenance issues were resolved quickly and he was always so nice! The apartments themselves are very spacious, nicely updated with quartz counter tops, large kitchens, large bedrooms and only carpet in the bedrooms. My unit had a parking space and assigned garage. The small, resort-like pool and cabanas are nice to hang out at when the weather is warm. The only downfall, I would say, is there is no guest parking except in front of the office at night or on the street. With the new construction nearby, there are more people living in the area and the street parking becomes harder to find at night unless your guests will walk a couple of blocks. Overall, the community is very nice, smaller, and quiet. I didn't get a lot of my deposit back, but it was warranted due to my dog doing some damage and I was lucky to get back what I did. Unfortunately, I had to move out of state but I really enjoyed living here! I would definitely choose to live here again if I ever move back to the area."

"Just renewed my lease for the second time. I love my apartment and the neighborhood. It’s kid friendly and animal friendly, and my neighbors are really nice. I love that they have grills around the property to grill dinner and the cleaning staff has done a really good job lately making sure the grills are cleaned. Since I’ve moved in management has been great. I have seen a few of the staff come and go but they all have been really friendly and helpful."
