"Cons: -Construction: During the year and a half I have lived here, there have been two significant construction projects. One is going on now and there is frequent beeping from the lift machines they are using, which starts as early as 8:00 a.m. The noise makes it uncomfortable to be in my own apartment. The other construction project last year involved a lot of drilling, so again the noise was significant. It also required my roommate and I to move to the model unit for over a week so they could fix an issue with the exterior wall of our bedroom. We were not compensated for the inconvenience. -Elevators: The elevators have been out for weeks. -Parking: It is $125 a month to park in the parking garage and I pay that amount for my car to be protected - but something dripped on my windshield from the parking garage ceiling and badly stained it. Paseo Place did pay for it to be detailed, but it was still an inconvenience to have to take the time to go get this done. Pros: -Spacious Units -Close to Campus -In-unit Washer and Dryer *Note: Many of these reviews are from people who have simply toured the building or just signed a lease - make sure the reviews you look at are from people who actually live here."

"Paseo Place is clearly violating ADA compliance by having no elevators in operation with their complex having five stories. All elevators have been down for at least three weeks and instead they seem to care more about repainting the building and installing electric car charging stations in the garage. Do not live here, I am honestly thinking about suing. In addition, I am paying to live here, just as every other resident. None of us are getting compensated or a rent reduction for not having two of its most important services: elevators and safety. With all of the construction going on, the gates and garage doors are left open all day and I do not feel safe. When I woke up this morning, there were two men on my balcony and I did not receive notice that was going to happen."
