"Love this place for the most part neighbors are fantastic staff helpful and kind Two problems PARKING IS A PAIN IN THE BUTT PEOPLES FAMILY AND FRIENDS EAT UP THE OPEN PARKING SPACES,OR THEY HAVE 4 PEOPLE LIVING IN ONE APT AND THERE ARE 3 CARS ,MAYBE FAMILY AND FRIENDS CAN PARK ON THE STREET ALSO PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ASKED NOT TO BACK IN TO PARKING SPACES BUT SOME ARE HARDHEADED AND DONT COMPLY Lastly is the concern for people not picking up after their dogs the dogs are fine but the owners are lazy, and probably keep a dirty house I wonder if these people clean up after their kids? PLEASE CLEAN UP THE DOG SH T BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR"
"I love living here and the people in the office are just the nicest people you'll ever meet. My neighbors are also awesome. We all look out for each other. And it's very Quiet here. You'll love it."
"If you value peace and quiet and do not like having people screaming outside your window at midnight don’t get a unit by the park. It’s a very picturesque view from the apartment and even during the day the sounds from the park are not bad but it’s at least 3 or 4 times a month there’s people in the park at midnight SCREAMING playing soccer and music. And I think there’s like a party venue or something across the way because I’ve heard some very loud music and bands on occasion at all hours of the night. I know this isn’t the complex’s fault but the walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING outside! And if your neighbors watch their tv loud you’ll hear that too. Besides the noise problems a lot of spiders the apartment is very nice and the pools are nice. I will say all upstairs units are carpet, it doesn’t specify that online. It came as a shock to me when I moved in even when I was re assured that the unit I would be getting was just like the photos online. The upstairs layout is also pretty different than the photos online. Just do yourself the favor and tour the apartments prior if your situation allows. I do enjoy living here most days and if you can get a good price on a unit this is not a bad complex to live in maybe just don’t get one next to the park… I rent a one bed one bath upstairs unit that’s “ renovated” by the park"
"A wonderful place! I extremely enjoy living at Park Pointe 1 bedroom apartment is fantastic. The administrative staff Rita and Naraara are prifes, friendly, and effective. Both administrators work to give the tenant the best experience. Thanks Park Pointe."
"I have lived here for the past 3 years in a one bedroom renovated apartment with plenty of amenities and beautiful overall. The park is gorgeous and the apartment itself is great, though not very spacious if that’s a concern. The layout is simple and very nice on the updated apartments. I’d say the main appeal is the beautiful park and multiple pool areas for people to enjoy, but get very busy and parking can be a concern unless you manage to find street parking or one of the few guest spots available. The gym could use some updating, but that’s neither here nor there. Maintenance is easy to work with and very quick especially for several issues with drains and a hole that developed in the ceiling about a year ago from pipes. I have two main drawbacks. I will say, that prices simply are not worth what they should be for a one bedroom even in the current market. Hopefully with demand in the housing market meeting the supply, more homes will level out the rent upticks. It has steadily risen over the years and I cannot imagine paying now what I paid back in 2020 to move in. Secondly, try to get a second floor apartment if possible away from trees.. keeping the patio area clean of spiders and pests has been a chore as there is a huge tree directly in front of my place, making cleaning it a hassle. Lots of anti-spider and anti bug spray and cleaning pine needles weekly. Second floor apartments have it easier to maintain and a grated patio which is better IMO. Overall 4/5"
