"We have lived here almost 3 years. One reason we chose this place was for the pool and jacuzzi. The new owners started the demo on the pool last August 2023. We were told it would be finished by the end of the month. That time came and a new notice appeared and said it would be done by the end of September. That was 6 months ago. Our rent did go up and the amenities decreased. The plumbing is often an issue here and the water to our entire building gets turned off for a whole day for repairs. Many times we are not told this in advance because it is yet another emergency! I will say that the exterior of the buildings has been repainted and looks great! Nice paint isn’t enough for me! Please do not move here, especially if you want the management to care."

"I’m sharing this only to give warning to those moving in. I do not live here but I know someone trying to move in. At first I went with this person in support and helping them make a decision. We were warmly welcomed and we got to tour a few of the units. All was well and the same day we got to make a deposit and pick out the place. The unit was even taken off the market for this person. She signed all the paperwork and it’s says set to move in on the 12th of January (that’s coming up). I read some of the reviews from about a year ago and it looks like the new manager has left things extremely unorganized. Today the woman trying to move in got a call that she needed to provide another statement and got the date of her move in wrong after the deposit was made and the paper work was finished. Left her in shambles and is acting immediately out of desperation. I remind you after she was promised a move in date. Not a very great start, she just wants to settle in at this point. I know there’s different steps in regards to senior homes but this women has proven all that she needs to and somehow there’s always something missing and another random step to make. I’ve been through a similar experience once, I know for a fact this woman will get a call that everything is fine. No, it’s still uncool to make someone worry and stress to this extent because the managers aren’t organized. Just be aware before signing up. The managers seemed scattered and uncertain all the time but they are very nice and cheerful. Other than that, place is clean and being remodeled nicely. Although that pool needs to be finished."

"Federico is the best. I had a "right now" emergency (water coming in from ceiling.) It was a Fri. afternoon at 5:00. They had plumbers out within an hour, who repaired the problem immediately. Then Federico came back & repaired the hole the plumbers left. He even stayed til 6:30 pm to get it right. And while he was here, he noticed a clog in my drain and fixed that, too. Adolfo is also excellent. Any time I have had an issue, he's like, dropped everything to take care of it. And he is a genuinely nice, humble guy. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He cares about keeping this place beautiful. 5 stars for the maintenance team."

"A big thank you to Fred for doing an amazing job. Ran into him on my way to work, so last minute... and he took care of it immediately. I trusted him to be careful to not let my kitty out and everything was fine when I got home from work. Plumbing situation fixed, and no mess left for me. And most importantly my cat and pup safe and sound. Fred is awesome!!!"

"Good facilities. Pool and Hot Tub are nice to have. The locker for receipt of packages is convenient. Club House with Pool Table and some exercise equipment are good as well. Grounds are maintained well. Laundry Facilities are good and for me i like the system to use my smart phone to activate the machines. As with any older apartments there are some plumbing issues periodically but is expected. Also as in any situation there are some issues that come up that are inconvenient, but too it can be expected. Overall we are satisfied since we move in at the start of 2022. Also like the fact it is smoke free."
