"I have lived here for many many years, as a child under my parents roof and as an adult with my own family over 15 years in total. As of late since new ownership has come in it's been a completely different place. Because of my tenure I've met and made lots of friends of neighbors who have become like family and several sadly have had to move out or leave due to how this place has been. Maintenance issues: prepare for nearly 1-2 month process. I've had to learn to fix things myself just to get by such as replacing window vertical blinds, to fixing sink food disposal machine and many others like light bulbs and fixtures. The cleanliness around the property don't even get me started. Parking an on going madness people trying to park in other people's assigned parking because they're given direction to park there from management. I really hope they can fix this. They advertise these community as Luxury Apartments.... Hmm. For anyone looking for a Diamond in the rough keep looking."
