"Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have been trying to get into a program for the past 2 months. No one answers the phone when you call. When I go in person, the people I need to see are never there. And I have provided my ID and insurance MULTIPLE times and they continue to say they never received it. This place is a joke"

"So far I give it a 2/5 because my first initial visit wasn’t too pleasant , the receptionist just cared for my payment , she didn’t look happy nor was she welcoming. The intake coordinator emphasized on how my insurance would not cover when I told her I was willing to pay as long as I got the help. I still haven’t received a call from my assigned counselor and it’s been over a week. Its hard for people who are seeking help and already feel insecure about goin to these places because we are highly judged felt just like that I almost walked out, I am hoping for the best and that my experience here changes."
