"If you are military, beware of picking this establishment. Read the contract carefully; if you are active duty and are going on deployment in less than 30 days, and it is in the middle of your lease, they will charge you days for the 30 days that you “should” have notified them. For example, I was notified that I am going on deployment in 20 days, so I immediately took my deployment letter to the leasing office.l told them I would move out completely in 7 days. They said that even though I was just notified about my deployment, they must charge me a full 30 days despite me not living in the apartment at all for 23 days! This was also on the contract my wife and I signed, so this is our fault for negligence to read fine print, but if this is how they work with service members on matters out of their control, as well as creating policies that jeopardize military families and their finances, they cannot claim to be military friendly. Of all apartment complexes to move out of, this was by far the most complex and mentally draining to do. Look elsewhere."
"The customer service is really bad. Esmeralda is very rude and gives a bad attitude when i asked her questions so that i can make sure i understood properly. The other office women gave the wrong information making me loose $100 application and said i had to reapply and repay the $100, when she completely told me something completely different. Definitely not applying here, they really dont care about the people applying."
"If you enjoy watching police raids and having registered s offenders living in your apartment complex, this is the spot for you. Mail boxes have been broken into at least twice in the last year. Parking is horrible if you have guest and handicap parking spots are used for long term parking. Neighbors blaring loud music and management and security does nothing about it. I know most of these positive reviews are fake."
