"I would give them a 0 stars if I could management is rude not helpful property is loud weed smoke neighbors are very rude inconsiderate of noise levels, and walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your connecting walls and when you walk or kids play running up and down the stairs! office doesn’t do anything about complaints or answer the phones or even care about any of your concerns. I would not move here if you want respect a good environment and things being fixed."

"Lived at Salerno for 2 years, recently leaving to relocate to LA end of March. We rented a 4 bedroom townhome, and it was fantastic. Maintenance was incredible, the office staff were always accommodating and super nice/available. The townhome itself was well-built, with the community being quiet and reserved. The amenities were fantastic as well, with a pool, hot tub, and grilling area. It was a great 2 years, and super happy to have called Salerno my home!"

We have lived here since Oct of 2020 (moved here from LA/OC) and have had no problems at all with the Staff or the complex. If you have any questions or needs, Mayra is there to assist you and the maintenance team is incredible. Jessie is an essential part of the maintenance team and he is very skillful and knowledgeable. One of the best communities my family and I have ever lived in and been a part of."
