"Looks like a good community when you come to tour however, be aware of bugs in your apartment, a lot of criminal activity, very minimal security , no surveillance on premises, disgusting pool because residents don’t respect the capacity limit, no management on premises, inconsiderate neighbors who stomp, slam doors, turn on their loud motorcycles and never pick up their pets waste. The laundromat is always disgusting and residents have illegal businesses from their garages."

"When you move out, you will experience abuse, ridiculous charges and deception. DO NOT expect any honesty or respect. They will try to charge you for everything they can, even if you clean the apartment and return it better than you received it. Record the telephone conversations because promises on the phone are not honored."

"The laundry facility only has 10 washers and you’re lucky if 5 of them are working at any given time. The washers that are working are so small that residents often need 2 or more so expect to wait or go to a laundromat."
