"Continue to offer the terrific services we experience. The entire team has been easy to work with at Rolling Hills Garden Apartments. The only issue that needs improvement is parking control. Visitor parking is available but is quite a distance for anyone that is physically compromised. There seems to be non- renters using the visitor parking spaces. As president of a nearby HOA for 10 years I worked with Reliant Parking who solved our similar parking issues. Visitors are required to display a time limited parking pass easily accessible on line or be subject to being towed at their expense. "The Rolling Hills Gardens apartments is a happy place for us. We feel safe in this community. We love it here, love that it has an elevator, a gym, and is very well maintained. The grounds are always so clean, it amazes me every time we go out for a walk on the grounds, everything is so clean. It's very quiet, the neighbors are always friendly. We have made lots of friends here. The staff here is amazing, very professional, and most of all very friendly. We love that we have our own secured parking, and there's lots of parking for visitors. We have a beautiful view both front and back, lots of windows which is important to me. It's walking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping, and freeways. My husband and I have always lived in luxury apartments, The Rolling Hills Gardens, by far has been the perfect apartment for our life style."
