"This apartment community is amazingly beautiful! I have been searching for a place for my parents for some time. I did not have an appointment to see the community, but I was greeted with the presence of the nicest people. Ann Marie and Taraisa were very knowledgeable of the community and their personalities were outstanding. Taraisa toured me through the community and showed me the most fabulous 2 bedroom with a view of the tree tops of Rancho Carlsbad Golf Course. The set up of the apartment was breath-taking. We came back to the leasing office and was once again greeted by Ann Marie and Tom. Tom was so nice and knowledgeable of the community as well. Ann Marie gathered the applications for my parents as my parents are not very "to-do" on the computer. My parents decided to rent the apartment home so I returned with my parents and we were greeted by David. David was very helpful and walked with us through the community once again showing the amazing amenities. My parents were absolutely impressed and decided to take the apartment. I give this community 5 stars not only because of the beautiful community but because of the staff they have. Everybody was amazing and helpful and the amenities were amazing! MY parents are extremely happy!!"

"My dad received a call from one of the apartments coordinators Christine, we decided to go in today to look around. He’s qualified age wise but Christine asked him more than once how old he was and said she definitely didn’t call him. My dad pulled up the voicemail and she said it wasn’t from today, I had to tell her it was. She assumed I was his wife, I’m literally 18 and she continued to call us a couple after we told her. There’s so much more that happened that was so out of line and tacky, I can’t believe how reluctant she was to show him a unit. I’m not one to just claim everything is racial profiling but she was interrogating us from the second we stepped through the door until we left. I’ve never seen him treated so badly before it’s 2021 not 1940. Glad to say we will be looking anywhere else."
