"8/08/2023 Would NOT recommend. Bad management. No working laundry. No communication. Stuck in a contract unless you pay two months rent to move out. 8/20/2023 AGAIN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! CAN NOT DO LAUNDRY AGAIN AFTER TWO MONTHS. THEY REFUSE TO FIX LAUNDRY ISSUES!!!!!! AND MANAGEMENT CANT BE BOTHERED TO DISCUSS ISSUE!!!! 9/01/23 Public relations called me. Basically stating they have a contract with the washing Machine Machine company until 2028. So there is NO SOLUTION to the laundry issues except call them every time there is an issue and wait for them to fix it or go to another building. Unbelievable management. They don’t have to deal with the issue so it is basically not their problem. 9/12/2023 Again….. machines in the laundry are not working. Been here two months. EVERY SINGLE TIME I attempt to do laundry the machines are not working. Absolutely no point in contacting management obviously as this is an issue they refuse to fix. I will post something every time as evident this is a ongoing problem. 10/16/2023 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Horrible management!!!! Spoke with Amanda regarding late fee for unpaid utilities last week. They were paid and issue discussed as awaiting for SDG&E to fix an issue on paid account in billing. But, management wants to continue to give me late notices pinned to my door saying I owe back payment when SDG&E is in the process of fixing the issue, but it does take more than a week to fix. They cannot even wait to harass you with late notices and threats of $125 fee for late payment when they know it takes time for the account to be remedied and you literally just discussed the issue????? I do not understand their lack of grace in issues you have absolutely no control over. Then they will NOT sit down and figure it out without an appointment first??? Once you sign your lease you do not matter!!!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place for tenants. 02/28/24 DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT STILL BEING FINED FOR SDG&E ACCOUNT $125/MONTHLY AND THEY REFUSE TO ADJUST THE ISSUE!!! PLACED A WORK ORDER FOR INTERCOM IN JANUARY STILL NOT FIXED!!!! AND NOTE ZERO COMMENT FROM MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REGARDING ISSUES 3/12/24 LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REGIONAL MANAGER TO CONTACT ME AND THAT WAS OVER TEN DAYS AGO!!! AGAIN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED YOUR LEASE. YOU DO NOT EXIST AND YOUR CONCERNS ARE COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!!"
"Place is pretty old and warn out and many patios / balconies face right onto El Norte Parkway (very busy and loud!) Only one washer / dryer on the floor to share with everyone. And the price was way too high. I passed and found a much better deal elsewhere."
"I criticized on you money hunger behavior and your returned back saying that I was happy. No, I wasn't happy at all. your agent refers to the increase because of the system changing the prices. What the heck?!! $300 increase for a month delay. This is brutal and inhumane. Who are hiding behind this are the people who are like predators. Those who are playing golf and their bank account is just ticking up. What a world are you living in?"
"Very pleased with some aspects and not at all pleased with others. I too am not happy about the homeless using this property as their own private shortcuts. I have also just learned they are putting a pickleball court right outside my patio!! First problem will be the noise, secondly, how do I keep balls off my patio?? They say there is going to be a wall, so will that be my new view??? A wall!!! I've only been here about a month so it's easy to jade my opinion as it's all I have to compare. Next issue, it took 3 days to get someone to fix my running toilet. In a state where water is so precious, that ain't right!! If I have any other issues, I will be sure to post them, I think it's important to let people know what kind of contract they might be signing. Moving is not to be taken lightly! One more thing that bothers me is management saying reach out to us at this # so we can help you! Why doesn't management just reach out to people who are having issues??? Why leave it to your tenant, it's your job to fix problems. It's my job to find a safe place to live."
"In two weeks, we will celebrate our 4th anniversary here at Morning View Terrace. Even with the craziness of 2020, this has been a great home for my wife and I. We have great neighbors in a quiet building...we love it! We are so conveniently located, close to shopping, walking neighborhoods and even the freeways to all of SoCal. The staff and maintenance workers are so kind and thorough. We have a very great place to live!"
