They give back to the community with regular raffles, giveaways and events. The community is clean and feels very safe. Latitude33 is a great place to call home!"

"The apartment units themselves are nice but the fire alarms s go off multiple times a day and they lock the doors so it’s almost impossible to get out. Almost like they want you to burn inside. The management is rude. Homes less love to hang out right outside the gate and try to force themselves into the parking garage. Every night there was some kind of crime happening. One night a man was stabbed right outside our window. Another night a police chase was stopped right outside the complex. But they do have no central AC!"

"My family had lived here for 4 years now and ever since Greystar took over, this place has greatly improved! Of course every place has their hiccups, but the ladies in the office and the maintenance team have been beyond helpful! Shoutout to Jen, Lisa, Joaquin, and William!"
