Although maintenance is quick to communicate & respond to repairs, water is periodically turned off. These tiny apartments were once motel rooms. Perfect for one or two people. Will suite your minimal needs with a little extra. However, for the cost- amenities, & location, I highly recommend this place."

"The 5 stars are for the people working at the property, not for the place itself. The last two managers have left and were great. The current manager, Tony is also awesome. He is friendly, helpful and has a sense of humor which is needed here. He was amused when told my dog has a job and receives packages in his name. He is always busy working and makes time to get my mail when I can not get there at the designated time. When I had a plumbing leak he sent the photo to the main office as I use my computer instead of phone and did not know how to do so."

"I stayed here from August to the end of November. Not a good place to live! The manager Tony is the biggest problem here. He was nice at first then became extremely rude, always had an attitude, and kept the office doors locked when he wasn’t on break. The water was constantly being shut off and requesting maintenance for your personal unit takes forever. There was mold growing in our AC upon moving in and when maintenance showed up they said it was good to use."
