"I am so impressed with the new maintenance supervisor Jonathan. I have input several work orders and haven’t received a ton of feedback, back. Today I came home from work and I met Jonathan at my door. He ensured everything was fixed up like new and double checked with me before he left. I am so happy with this guy. He put my mind at ease and showed he cared. Well done!"

"I had clients looking for a rental while in-between houses. For those who haven't rented in a while, the process could be cumbersome. The Staff at Legacy really made my clients feel at ease during the tour with no pressure selling, and a lot of information about renting in general. The Manager Nick was very welcoming and took the time to answer all their questions. When we were walking the property Nick greeted all the residents as they passed by, I found that to be very personable. It's important to have a good relationship between management and residents. I recommend you check them out!"

"So, So Poor management ! An example for poor management specially in maintenance in Oct 2023 is as bellows : 1.All Lights bulbs of Mail box area is about few months need to replace and to be fix / fully dark at night/ No body come To fix it for about 3 moth! 2. Dogy park area fully dark at night for about 2 month/ most of lights bulb need to be replace and fix it ! 3. Main gate on legacy complex under bridge is fully countinuesly open 24 hrs ! and did not move / slide to be close for about 2 month / need to be fix ! So many lights of out side of most of buildings in the legacy complex need to fix and replace ! Still after few months and no body came to fix it ! So in consederation above It is means good management or … ?!"

"We filled out an application, but had to cancel. We canceled within the 72-hour window to get the $500 holding deposit back which was stated on the application. That was on March 10, 2023. It is September 21, 2023 and we still haven't gotten our money back. I've sent close to 30 emails on 2 different emails, mine and my husband's, and they either don't reply, or the handful of times I did get a reply, but still didn't receive my check in the mail. We are tired of waiting. Emailed me on September 23rd, two days after writing the initial review. Check was issued Sept 26. We'll see if they get the address right this time. FINAL UPDATE: Fair enough, I got the check after ~10 days of them emailing me back. Pain in the butt to contact for 7 months, and when I leave a review, I get my problem resolved quickly. Office employees need to do better at communicating. Nick, thanks for contacting me and now I can move on and forget about Legacy and especially Greystar."

"Great place to live and work remotely. Nick, Ana, Raja, and the crew have been excellent from the beginning. We had some issues with hooking up our utilities and they came thru promptly and professionally. They truly care. Have created a beautiful place for me and my family. From the gym, pool, and entertainment / recreational center, to the customer service received by the maintenance staff."
