"I do not recommend this apartment company. I agree with one of the reviews that said the staff is very careless and ignorant. My overall experience living here was not great. I moved out in late January and they did not bother to return my deposit till I had to reach out and ask them what was going on. Even though I left the apartment in great condition, they still deducted a few "final" fees which was totally unnecessary. They do not give you an easy time with anything. I also agree with some people in the reviews who mentioned pests. I had a roach problem as well for a few months. The only good part would be the size of the apartments and the maintenance team – they are super friendly and nice. In the end, I hope you choose better than I did."

"5 stars for maintenance man, TONY!! My dryer was broken - it made a weird sound. It was like that since I moved in actually, I thought it was normal until my friends pointed it out. Tony came and installed a new washer/dryer all by himself! I'm seriously impressed. Tony is extremely friendly and waves to everyone on the property. Overall, the maintenance team here at Waterleaf is a golden team. They are always polite, quick and efficient. Great job!"

"I can’t speak on others experiences but I can speak on my own. For the 2 years we’ve been here we’ve had pretty much no issues. Maintenance has always been on time and fast with repairs. Tony is the go to guy with questions and help and is overall just a good dude super friendly and respectful. Give that man a raise he deserves it."

"I had a major problem with my mirror on my closet door and Tony came and fixed it like it's brand new. He was also very pleasant and kind and courteous. I just wanted to comment Tony on his professionalism and work ethic. Awesome maintenance man!!!"

For our maintenance needs, Bran immediately helped us out, did great work, and was very kind. The apartment complex is really nice and a good price for all that you get. Excited to be living here!"
