"I am not usually one to leave reviews but I have not been able to live in my apartment since moving in. the first few nights I slept here I got bug bites all over my ankles and legs. Management had pest control come in and spray however they left a blank “post treatment “ form on my door. I have no information on what kind of pest or spray they used and no after care instructions. All they said they can do is start over and have them come again next week. I still have not been able to get a hold of anyone via phone or email. This apartment has just been leaving me in the dark for a week and I haven’t even been able to stay in my apartment not knowing if the infestation is taken care of…"

"One of if not the worst apartment complexes I lived in. There was constant water leaks in my garage that maintenance wanted to fix but management kept holding them back. When I went to break my lease early due to the constant disrepair of my unit and the garage they agreed to allow me to break it with no charge until I received an invoice from them for the broken lease. It took them 2 months to return my security deposit and it wasn’t the full amount as I had left the unit in a better condition than what they had given it to me. On move in my unit smelt like the previous tenants dinner of burgers and you could constantly hear the other tenants in the other units. Maintenance was the best while management and office staff were atrocious and an absolute joke. Edit: So glad I moved from that terrible place"

"Maintenance guys, especially Patrick are awesome. I experienced his/ their prompt acknowledgement of service request nowadays late 2023 up to now. They are doing an excellent job. Thank you My only concern since I lived here for over 3 years already is the patio. All the dirt, dust, leaves and cigarette butts have been falling onto my patio from upstairs. Leaving me to clean it every time. Now that it's wintertime, rain washes the upstairs patio and drops all the dirty stuff onto mine. I would appreciate it if management does something about it so I can enjoy my patio anytime of the day. You can either install a ceiling or close the slotted floors. My 1 dollar suggestion. Vince"

"I had a running toilet, submitted a service request, and had a maintenance guy there the very next morning! So very timely service. The new service team is considerably better than the last. My only issue was that the guy left a good amount of water and mess all over my bathroom floor and sink area that took me about 10 minutes to clean up. Other than that small issue, the service was great."

"This review is specifically pertaining to the maintenance team, not at all to do with the actual apartment management, which would be one star. I have lived here three years, the maintenance team, especially recently, has been great for the most part. The new maintenance manager has been very considerate and great at communication. I’m not sure of his name. Phillip is also an exceptional worker, anytime he has came to my unit he has always been extremely respectful and tidy. He’s helped with a few troubles I have had with my apartment, and he’s always cleaned up after himself, been nice to my toddler, worked well and been able to articulate what is going on and how to fix it. Can definitely give a lot of appreciation to him for his positive attitude. Aside from the maintenance team, not much good can be said about this apartment complex."
