"I don’t understand how this organization is consistently terrible throughout the years. I’ve tried calling their office number during their working hours several times a week, they never ever answer. To get a response to an e-mail takes DAYS, if I even get a response and that’s only after emailing again and again. Military members/vets deserve so much better than this hardly bare minimum organization."
"rudest, most unprofessional company. a bunch of lying scammers. they can never give you a straight answer, always giving you the run around. clearly have never been through training. please look up the legal about a landlord can raise rent in the state of california before going month to month or renewing your lease!!!! if you have a problem reach out to the san diego congressmen and government side of housing. you can find more information through facebook groups on camp pendleton than liberty can answer. DO NOT LIVE HERE. go to hunt or off base."
"I honestly don’t know how this company has continued to work onboard military installations. To say their customer service, maintenance, and overall effort towards maintaining property is abysmal would be generous. Most customers will not receive their owed concessions checks for months. My neighbor alone is owed $20,000. My family was owed nearly $5,000. That’s money that family members are entitled to and need. They take forever to respond to maintenance issues, if at all. As previously stated, owed concessions are a whole other problem. Their staff could care less about solving the issues that their operation creates. Often times, they will forget or not even document the problems. After all that, their move out inspections are overly harsh. The housing inspector could not even point out the carpet stains that they claimed would call for the carpet being replaced. I’m not one to leave reviews on companies, but It’s honestly a joke of an organization. When remarks are made in the military saying, “the contracts go to the lowest bidder”, it makes sense with Liberty Military Housing. It is not just with this neighborhood. It is a systemic problem that follows all the way up to their regional managers."
"Thanks lincoln! I asked if they can do anything about the grime and discoloration in my cabinets cause it just looked disgusting and dirty. Wasn’t expecting this… Spray paint…"
"I moved in here early December after fighting these people to get a place to move into. They held onto my paper work for 2 months and finally contacted me after constant calling. Well here I am 5 months later almost halfway through my lease and let me say that this has not been a pleasant stay. 1.) Let’s start off on the one thing that my wife and I were not told when we moved in; NO A.C.! These units come with heaters which is fine for winter but come on we live in California, on Camp Pendleton, right by the ocean, and it has no A.C. 2.) this place has no in-Unit washer and dryer, each court has a separate building for that but this is where it gets good. Abeyta for example is the biggest Court with the most occupants but has the least amount of dryers from other courts and the most broken. People have no respect or courtesy of others clothes or the machines themselves. People will wash CIF gear and completely destroy the machines. They sent out an email months ago stating they were getting them repaired but they’re still broke to this day. 3.) the parking is probably the worst I’ve seen for a housing establishment, good luck getting parking after 5 o’ clock. 4.) this is a dog friendly community which is good, the bad thing is people seem to not respect other people and leave their dogs poop all over the neighborhood. Also some neighbors think it’s okay to walk their dogs off leash, my dog has been attacked before because they didn’t want to have their dog on a leash and get their dog off of mine and threatened to get my dog removed.5.) the main office rarely answers phone calls if ever, the amount of times I’ve called and gotten no response is unreal. 6.) they are very very slow on getting notices to you such as regarding rent. Rent didn’t get payed this one month? You won’t find out until 3 months down the road. 7.) The conditions are so bad here that they have recently started giving concession checks which is already my money that got taken for rent, $1,800 a month for this? DO NOT LIVE HERE no matter how nice it looks or how easy it is. Go somewhere else, or go to DeLuz. My wife and I will be leaving here by the end of the year or sooner if we can."
