I haven't been a resident since 2015 but she found my info and contacted me. She really went above and beyond and was so nice and friendly, it made my entire day. "I'm comfortable to stay in this apartment. Last week, the toilet was clogged and I couldn't fix it myself. So I went to the office and the staff contacted the repairman right away. When I came back to home, the repairman already waited in front of the door and they fixed the toilet immediately. I was very relieved by these services. Thank you."

"I have lived here for almost 7 years now after placing my child in the nearby school (which is conveniently across the street). We have loved it ever since, even saw the property go through a renovation which was great because we chose to move into a nicer unit. Location is amazing, about one mile from the beach and easy freeway access, and not in a crowded/overbuilt area. The pools are beautiful, and for the first time in a while I actually like and get along with my neighbors - it truly is like a little community! Love living here!"

"Have lived at Seascape for over 3 years. I've enjoyed it very much. Close to everything, the beach, stores and work. Grounds are well kept and Alex and the maintenance staff have been great. Front office has been nice and professional to deal with too. My immediate neighbors have all been quiet respectful professionals...so no complaints there either. I'd really give it a 4.5 instead of four stars."
