I've no complaints management's amazing Especially Cynthia but parking Was a struggle but now you have a sign parking and your own Garage I have a big truck and I can still park it you can do it. but It's honestly really quiet that's what I like"

"Residents who've been here awhile will park their cars in front of other peoples garages and block people from entering and leaving the complex sometimes. Management doesnt do anything about it. Ants and Roaches in the apartments regardless how much you clean. Cars in the free spots will stay there for months at a time, never moving and not even being operable. Would never recommend this place to anyone unless you have no-where else to go"

"Lived here for 2 years already and although rent is cheaper compared to nearby renting places (plus water bill included), it is rather a compromising place to live in. We live in the 2nd floor so everytime theres something that drops on the floor or if my toddler runs, the neighbor down stairs gets irritated immediately so thats very annoying. Also, parking space is so limited and the washers and dryers always break down. What i love though is that there is a playground area where kids actually play and socialize and its far from the gate so its safe for kids."

"No AC. Very expensive for what you get. My property was stolen right out of my garage. Ant are definitely a problem. Random people always hanging out outside the back gate. Anyone can just walk into this complex & your garages are SMALL! Parking is limited & spaces are WAY to small for cars."

"Awful! Awful! Awful! Dogs are not allowed and people bring them in and then they poop on the playground and wherever they want. The pot smell is awful all weekend. The manager is rude! She is never there during business hours. People do not park within the parking lines. They I'll hit your car and park so close you can not get into your vehicle. The garage is for your car only. Anything else and you will be fined. Trucks and Suvs will not fit in the garage. They are too big. The covered parking is an additional fee per month. The laundry mats do not have properly working washers and dryers. That complex will take your entire deposit. Claiming new paint, new carpet and cleaning fees. They want $50 a room to clean. $300 total. $800 to paint and over $1000 for carpet. Our carpet was not new when we moved it like they claimed. It was dirty. The closet doors had stuff smeared on the inside of them. Maintenance was caught in our apartment, when they were not authorized to be there. Things went missing every time there was an inspection for the smoke detectors, or whatever else they come up with. There are two visitor spots. All other cars will be towed. This place is garbage!"
