"I had a pretty rough experience here. Someone broke into my apartment and I was told that they would look through security footage and had to follow up weeks later just for them to not find anything. The area is pretty rough, the cops are always around and there is a pretty bad homelessness and drug problem around here. I never felt safe living here and would not recommend it."
"I have lived here for the past 4 years and my experience has been increasingly satisfactory, the management is extremely efficient, Maggie and Breanna are very professionals, solicitous and make everything easier, the maintenance team are the best, and improvements are being made in the condominium to raise my concept even more, so I highly recommend the Loma Village to be your new home."
"I love our apartment here. I've, of course, seen bugs and other such pests but the important thing, as is with ANY apartment, is to continuously clean up after yourself. No dishes in the sink, no grim in the toilet, etc. If there is a problem with anything, it is important to communicate with the management and they will get right on to fixing the problem, especially if it is a safety issue. Many things we ask to get fixed have a 48 hour or less resolution. Additionally, the apartment is beautiful--granite counter tops, huge closet, nice kitchen, and a big space. There is a utility closet that we can't use, that management is working on to getting in use but right now they are trying to refurbish all of the apartments, as I've seen. I'm hoping to get a washer and dryer in there within the next year or two, but with that, rent will go up, which is fine with me. The only complaint I have is the lack of storage space. My fiance and I bought a few pieces of furniture that had storage for us to use. I would suggest if you are thinking of moving in, to do that."
"Nothing their dryer Machine doesn't work I wasted two dollars on it and it still wouldn't dry and half of the time the washing machines are all out of order"
"3/2014 Narrowed search to Loma Village. So far nothing bad about experience, will update after moving in... Amenities will improve upon completed renovations. 9/2015 Update- inconsistent information, falsifications and broken promises from Management. Occasional roach. Poor customer service after move in. Common area laundry never works and a year and a half after promises of laundry being added to each home (there are connections in a utility closet of every apartment!!!) still no washer or dryer AND- they won't allow you to use your own. Only thing it has going for it are interior upgrades, if you pay for upgraded apt, and the location is easy access to highway and shopping, dining, etc."
