"These apartments are run down and poorly maintained. If a person were to envision a ghetto, this is it. Garbage all over the parking and community areas, broken apartment windows, closet doors to utility rooms open or broken open, pets(?) running around unmonitored, and so on. It would be nice if my friend could find better affordable housing in San Bernardino"

"Beautifully kept property right off of Interstate 210, Exit for San Bernardino International Airport! Everything here is being modernized, and the property manager, Tomasa and her team make repairs and work diligently to provide a comfortable living experience. Bottom floors are accessible for disabled, and most top floors have spectacular views of the mountains, or many many palm trees from every unit! The local area is unique with a grocery outlet within 150 yards where one could find every meat, dairy, or produce a family could need. An Exxon fuel station has been completely remodeled and is gorgeous with a massive copper/brass dome, huge car wash, very shinny all brand new! Date Park Apartments is also an enclosed, secure property with lots of cameras with an onsite manager. Cute, well maintained pool with shaded areas to relax. Hot tub was damaged (maybe the last earthquake it won't hold water apparently!) and could use an expert who cares about their work as much as the property managers here at Date Park Apartments!"
