"I wish I could leave more than 1 star, but I never got the opportunity. My husband set up an appointment to view these apartments. I am currently out of the state and was unable to make the viewing, but we were extra excited to see them because of the amazing location in Carlsbad Village. Anyway, my husband made the appointment and even got a confirmation text from the manager the morning of to confirm the time. When he arrived, no one was there and the office was closed despite their posted hours showing they should be open. He called and attempted to reach out by call and text but no one replied or answered. After waiting for more than a half hour, he left. I called and also left a message to see if something had happened or of there was some emergency that caused the property manager to be unable to make it and got no response. All I can say is that if management is going to be this flakey then I'm glad we don't live in these apartments."
