"Great Location, Great neighbors and below market price. However thats the end of the good part. Building is run-down and always broken. Months without parking or garage, Pool, Hot water, any water at all, a sink, water leaks inside when it rains, broken power lines just dangling around, old power wires that trip when using a microwave, bbq broken for three years, broken microwave, trash everywhere, mailbox broken, gates broken. I'm sure i'm forgetting some things after living here for only three years but you get the picture. The owner and building manager never actually fix anything properly but hire day laborers to try to bandaid things, or ignore them completely. You name it, it broke, and was not repaired or it was repaired wrong and broke again soon after. The worst part however was the on site employees and manager. They were unfriendly and hostile to us, one tried to start a fist fight with me and that is why we had to move ultimately. Vard Hunt."
