"Hands down the best place I have ever lived. My family and I have lived here for 2 years and the only reason we left is because of a job opportunity out of state. John, the property manager, has been so kind and easy to work with. Any maintenance calls have been taken care of in a timely manner. Both the move in and move out process was quick and easy. We got along with all of our neighbors and the 10 minute walk to the beach was the biggest bonus for us! We spent a lot of time walking to the Beach or the Village. I definitely recommend Pure Beach to anybody!"

"We lived in Pure Beach Living for three years. It was a wonderful community. Our apartment was the perfect place for our family of three. The neighbors were respectful and friendly- we met some friends there that we'll stay in contact with for years to come. The pool and hot tub were a great feature! Whenever we had any maintenance issues, they were handled immediately. John (the property manager) was fantastic! He was super attentive to any issues and also very lovely to talk to. The location of this complex cannot be beat- within minutes we were on the beach, walking the Coastal Rail Trail, or right in the heart of Carlsbad village. I would highly recommend Pure Beach Living."

"Absolutely loved living here!! We spent a lot of time sitting outside on our spacious patio and often walked the 0.3 miles to the beach for the sunset! :) The property manager John is AWESOME! Responds to any issues within 10 minutes! Very friendly, laid-back and professional. The pool/hot tub area is beautiful, and the grounds are very well kept. We had beautiful hibiscus trees growing right outside our patio. It felt like we were living in a resort! Pretty spacious, nice appliances and one of the most affordable apartments in the area. Would highly recommend Pure Beach Living!"

John the landlord is an incredibly helpful man who has made our time here even better. You can always count on John answering your calls promptly and helping out with anything you ever need. "This review has been a long time coming...mostly because if nothing is wrong, we tend to go about our daily schedules. BUT I definitely think I'm overdue in giving back. Pure Beach Living has been an outstanding place to live. First of all, proximity to amenities such as the beach, the village, and the coaster trail have been fantastic perks. I also love that the units have been upgraded, which is always a priority of mine. But most importantly, what I've found makes or breaks a property is the management. John Hine has always been over the top responsive whether it was on my first inquiry call, or if we ever encounter a maintenance issue. He is prompt, professional, and respectful at all times. In addition to that, he has a keen ability to select the nicest residents. So many of us are transplants from other areas, and I can honestly say that I've made friends here that I will keep for life. When you don't have family close by, it's the nicest feeling to know that your neighbors care about your kids just as if they were their own. Even the kids have always been so kind to my toddler son. I'm grateful that John picked up my first phone call and will always look back on this place with a smile."
