"Easy living, quiet, well kept, condo properties next to everything! Friendly neighbors, very helpful office staff, and clean/well groomed premises. 10 min walk from some of the best ocean views at Carlsbad cliffs. Many local beaches within a 5 min drive. Well-known chain restaurants, family owned local restaurants within a short walk as well. Seriously, this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The dog park A+, the tennis courts, basketball courts, and cardio/weights gym A+, our neighbors A+. Awesome, relaxed community here. They even have restaurant trucks that serve local food on a weekly basis. Have met several neighbors and have had dinner at each others places, that’s how awesome and tight knit this community is. The office has been extremely helpful all the way across the board. Special shout-out to Jose who has personally gone out of his way many times to accommodate myself and other community members for an even more comfortable living experience. Could not be happier with living at Seagate!"

"An absolutely wonderful place to call home. The property is taken such good care of. Danny in maintenance is incredibly helpful and kind. Katarina and Jose have been attentive if any issues arise. I am so fortunate to have awesome neighbors as well that I can now call friends. Grateful for Seagate. They have done an awesome job making Seagate a community as well with fun events too for all the residents!"
"My daughter and I love it here. The staff and maintenance are very professional. The grounds are beautiful & our home has a beautiful large backyard. Every month, they have some fun activities for the residents that we look forward to. Management answers inquires extremely fast & maintenance is on it when there is an issue. Plus they are all so nice :)"
