"Gosh, where do I start! Casa Vista has been noting but kind to me since living here. I have been here for six months now and have no problems with the apartment, management, or amenities! My partner and I recently split up and she moved out. I thought walking into the process that it would be emotionally draining and very long but Carla made it just the opposite! She has been nothing but kind and supportive for me and persistently finds ways to make my situation work. The location is also perfect as it is right next to the 78 but you hear NO NOISE! The neighbors are all extremely friendly and the lunch green environment keeps it nice and keep even during the hot summer. I am super thankful that I was able to snag a spot living here!"

"My wife and I have lived at Casa Vista Apartments for the last 5 years and it has been a great place to call home. The property management is very responsive and happy to fix any issues that arise. When our refrigerator started leaking we brought it up and there was a new refrigerator in the unit before I even came home from work that day. We have never had to wait for things to be fixed. The property grounds and pool are always clean and well maintained. The residents, in my experience, are all polite and considerate and we have never had any problems with anyone. For me, having the complex be non-smoking is a huge positive, and people who do smoke respect the rule and do it off of the property. Parking is limited and can be difficult at times. The street can get crowded fast so it can be tricky having guests over. Also, the units can get rather hot during the summer, I would recommend getting a portable AC unit. The property manager is very friendly and approachable and I would recommend Casa Vista as a place to rent. The only reason we are leaving is to purchase our own home!"

Our living experience (1 year) has been positive across all categories of apartment living. Casa Vista Apartments is a safe, comfortable and pleasant community. On site management is friendly, accommodating and supportive of its residents. Management takes the extra steps to process concerns and build a cohesive resident body. The large property has a quiet atmosphere, cleanliness standard and beautiful landscape. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Utilities, home functions and living space is all more than sufficient. The units are priced appropriately for the market area. The location of the property is ideal for commuting in all directions of San Diego County. We would strongly recommend Casa Vista Apartments to all members of the Oceanside community seeking a high standard of apartment living."

"The first two years living here was alright. Parking is a little sketch and they threaten to tow their own residents a lot if you don't abide to their ridiculous parking rules, construction is very annoying (they're done now), and plumbing has a lot of problems. While living here we dealt with insects and a huge mice infestation. The biggest complaint is that they don't check their residents well enough before having them move in. This lady upstairs has this autistic child that screams non-stop and bangs on the walls and floors till about 12 or 1am. This place used to be pretty quiet but now its full of that screaming kid and some other loud residents."

"This is a great apartment complex! It is beautiful, well-kept and quiet. The bedroom in the one bedroom apartment is huge! With a huge closet! That's hard to find! The complex is pet friendly which is also hard to find. The management and maintenance staff are super friendly and down-to-earth. If you have an issue you can always reach out to them and feel comfortable about it, they really want everyone to be happy there. Highly recommend!!!"
