"We’ve been here close to 5 yrs. We literally have nothing bad to say about the apartment, the grounds, parking or the manager! Spacious apt, it has a tropical feel when you’re BBQing on the patio. Tony, the manager is a sweetheart and is quick to act if you have an issue. Fabian, the maintenance guy is on duty 5 days a week and is is happy to help you with anything. We are at home here, the only reason we would leave is when we buy our own home."

If I had to find one complaint it would be lots of spiders but honestly I think any place in Oceanside has the same problem. Either way I would recommend living here."
"My husband and I lived at Westwood village for over 3 years because of its convenient location and cheap price. The last year mainly we had a lot of issues from spiders, cockroaches, rats and mice to plumbing issues. My friend who lived in a different building in the complex moved out because her apartment also had these same pest issues. As we were moving out I noticed tons of black widow nests all around the wooded balcony. The water is turned off weekly it seems because of maintance which is extremely inconvenient when you are mid shower and there is no warning. The last straw was being told after living there 3.5 years that we would not be charged for carpet yet we were still charged. These apartments are very outdated and when they are "renovated" they are done so very cheaply for instance, faux granite is a painted counter with specks of white paint flicked on that chip easily. As the other person had said the apartments do not have the best air circulation due to no air conditioning it is extremely hot and the "ocean breeze" does nothing you will be miserable. I also complained of mold issues but was told to just clean it myself with cleaning product. Overall, I would not recommend these apartments."
