"If you could rate no stars, I'm sure many people would. These apartments are horrible. The managers never focus their resources where it's necessary. There is no assigned parking, so everyone does whatever they want. Don't even think about doing your laundry because they have not maintained them at all in the past several months. There's people who live in there and others will even steal your clothes. No repairs are done to the units, many have fences falling apart. You can bring up your issue with management as much as you want, but they will only focus on fixing whatever is there to make them the most money. I have seen changes in management at least 6 times over the last few years, and nothing has ever been done to fix the countless problems. Avoid at all costs."

"The apartments are not available online to view and the complex is trash. Edwardo doesn’t explain how the application and security deposit works. Therefore you won’t get your money back. In hindsight that is fraud and stealing money. They don’t answer the phone and online business hours says they are open! All tenants and applicants take your new home experience somewhere else."

"Approved me and my sister for a place and told us we couldn't move in because one of our family members rents from them and there's always noise at my family members house so they basically discriminated us thinking that we would do the same thing"

"Please dont move here! If i can give no stars i would. I moved out in august, in have called multiple times regarding my security deposit it is now the end of November still no answer from the manager. The one time i did get in touch with her(liz) she was rude and had an attitude. She act like she knew nothing about what i was talking about even though i spoke to her in October even emailed her October 15th. They literally are so unhelpful. Not only are they bad about returning calls but my car was broken into twice while living there and all they said was sorry there’s nothing we can do about it! This place is a joke! Suppose to have security but all they do is roll around once super early in the morning then never come back! Oh in the back gate was always broken. Please save your money and move somewhere else!"

"Lived here for two years. My son fell from the second floor that was behind the water heater that nobody told me about. Gladly he is okay. They were rude and very bashful. They never spray the inside of your apartment unless you ask but you’re better off doing it by yourself. I also been having roaches and nothing has been done besides offering roach traps."
