"My lease was up on my previous place and I needed an immediate move in and Lashawn was able to accommodate. I had some concerns and Lashawn made sure to address those in a timely manner. "God I am so mad with this place, first when we move in there are few holes in the apartment, all of the cupboards are also wreck, it harde to open it up. The machine is hard and sometimes it doesn't work. Okay let's say that fine, the people aren't nice, call the offices and they end the call when they want, like you SUPPOSE to help us?? Like not just end the call when we not finish the question yet. Complicate stuffs, the office ain't open, they says because of Covid, but you at least have to listen to us in emergency case, about the problem and fix that, we can stay 6 feet, wear properly masks, but not just snick in there and give people no service! Never try to help the customers, such a bad services, I don't know how the organization work, but they need to be BETTER, and please hire better people so they can speak kindly, helpful, and speak at least influence English."

"The renting managers there are extremely friendly, understanding and helpful with all that I needed to get a new home. Thanks to them I now have a move in date and everything is ready to go. The property is nicely maintained, clean, and beautiful. Good job ladies."

"My husband and i are military and we thought, hey the price is great, the ladies in the office are nice, and we don't have kids to worry about! Why not! so we moved in. I am so upset with this place. Currently, we are fostering a dog for another military family. Mind you, they do not accept dogs here. So i went through all the necessary steps to register him as an emotional support dog because my husband and i were going to get one of our own anyways, so we figured we would start by helping someone out. We clean up after him, he causes no damage, he has not eaten anything in the house, and i keep him on his leash per their request. He does growl at people but NEVER has bitten anyone and never would, he is just socially awkward and we are working on that. However, people here are afraid of dogs anyways and they complain about him. As you can see, we have done nothing wrong and when we have we have fixed it, we played fetch once and was told he can not come off his leash, so he stays on it. And even though we have done nothing wrong, they just don't like bigger dogs and they have given us a 60 day notice to move. I am livid. Here are some things we deal with from them: We have found three roaches on three separate occasions. There are shopping carts around the apartment building all the time. They have blamed my dog for their poor gardening skills. There is constantly trash everywhere. They party and blare music in the function room till terrible hours. The driers and washers smell terrible and never work. We have been asking for a second parking spot for going on 3 months. Still no spot, while our friends that live here got one within a day. I have come to the conclusion that they are prejudice against our dog. But whatever the reason, you DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE. It is trashy, the people don't speak any English, and its not secure what so ever. Find somewhere else to live, spend the extra money, don't deal with this place."
