"I’m only deducting one star because it can be frustrating waiting all morning to be seen. But Dr. Vu is amazing. She is so thoughtful and wonderful with the kids. She is so encouraging to the parents. Many times I’ve called for advice and she happily gets on the phone to help me. I’ve never had a doctor do that before. I’ve never had any problems with the staff either. They are all helpful and nice. The only problem is the wait and sometimes it’s hard to get through on the phone."

"Worst place. The doctor is always in a hurry. This place was overcrowded and always had to wait 1- 2 hours to see the doctor. I don't understand, then what is the point of scheduling the appointment? Plus, they do not follow the proper protocol to weight the baby ( checked the weight with clothes on and full diaper)."

"I’m a new mom. Every visit is awful. She over talks me and don’t even let me finish what I have to say. She rushes everything. MA in the front are so rude too. Don’t RECOMMEND her."

"I don’t even understand how she’s even a doctor still. My first visit was absolutely awful after meeting my 2 year old daughter she tried to say my kid had ADHD when seeing her for 2 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, I decided to let that go and give her another shot and I absolutely REGRET it. My son has PINKEYE and she told me to wash his eyes with soap and water! I had to ask her for eye drops. She then stated I set my son up to keep getting sick because he’s behind on vaccines due to his original doctor passing away. Stated that if I listened to her in December and got him a flu shot and Covid shot when my son was only 4 months old that he wouldn’t be sick right now! Absolutely horrible doctors office and will be reported. She only cared about leaving her office by 4pm."

"I used to like this pediatrician and her staff. But now it’s horrible! To be seen will take 2-3 hours! The office manager is HORRIBLE in person and on phone! I was in the Lobby when the office manager just got off the phone with a patient and then mocked the whole conversation to the rest of the staff! The staff just laughed along and agreed! Please retrain staff immediately. The pediatrician needs to work on her scheduled time! I understand that conversations may lead to one another, she does take her time with her patients but please work faster for our kids does not have all the patience."
