"I love it here, last year I had to move from my house due to medical reasons, I needed a one floor living space until I found a a house to accommodate my needs. The Temecula creek villas staff, with the assistance of Ms Arlene was able to provide all that I needed for comfort. The process was painless and professional. I have A two bed room furnished, utilities, pool/ weight room with security of Main Security Steve/Jeff. They are an awesome crew that provides that neighborhood feeling of privacy and things are being taken well care of. All my friends and family love this little Gem of a place to call home. "I was approved for a two bedroom apartment but because my wife had an eviction I declined to proceed with the rental; this was back in May. I went back in August after my wife and I decided to split, when I filled out the application, the manager was very rude and disrespectful, she lied to me that she called my employer, past landlords and told me I lied on my application. I explained to the manager that I did not lie, when in fact I had pulled my credit report to get accurate information on my rental history. I explained to the manager that I will have my Real Estate attorney file a discrimination claim and I will be contacting FHA in Riverside County. The managers are rude and unprofessional to prospective tenants."

"I have lived here for about a year and a half. The first year was good. No complaints, grounds up kept well, maintenance staff friendly and attentive. However, the office staff is rude and disrespectful. Sunny (manager) is not a people person, she has no clue how to talk to people, she is rude, and blunt. She does not take your complaints and take care of them, she ignores them. Accounting skills are horrible, signed a lease for one price and 4 months later they sent me a bill stating that they gave me the wrong amount for rent and wanted back payment. I refused to...as it was not my fault. But did pay the new amount they demanded....is that legal? About 1 year after moving in with the market and economy going down hill the apartments lowered their rent rates, lower income people began to move in. Our vehicles were graffiti one morning, along with 5 other cars, staff ensures their is security, but I along with my husband have never seen anyone in a year and a half. Additionally, the apartments are nestled up against a riverbed, many off road bikes are zooming up and down the walking trail narrowly hitting several residents. But the apartment complex cannot do anything about it because they dont own the walking trail, but they do advertise it as being theirs! Strange. Additionally, the motorcycles barrel through the complex, extremely loud and annoying. The sound of the bikes in the riverbed all day long is horrible. Hard to relax with that sound all day. Other than these few complaints, the location is good. Most of the tenants are nice. But beware of the staff and hope you never have to file a complaint, they will not do anything for you. Good luck.
