"Maintenance man promoted to manager. Doesn’t know what he’s doing. Fair housing issues. Privately owned. No corporate to call. Manager will not give owners information out. Complaints don’t go past him. Owners are never heard from. Terrible, rude and unprofessional. Allows favors and deal making. Needs someone with experience, not a promoted maintenance man."

"The wife and I have lived there for almost 2 years. We moved out because we wanted a bigger place and a 2 bedroom was not available at the time. We loved living there, it's very quite(mostly medical field personnel live there), the pool is nice, the 1 bedroom is nice for a family just starting out. Leo the manager is awesome and friendly and understanding. We recommend this place. Thanks for our start, will never forget it!"
