"Ridiculous!! My dads catalytic converter has been stolen before here and keep in his mind his car was parked in the parking lot!!! This morning i woke up to MY cars cataclytic converter stolen this morning which was also in the parking lot!!!! Where was secuirty during this??? Why is there no cameras?? Its crazy that I cant even have my car in the designated parking lot because of this???!!!! Horrible and no one will do anything about it"

"Dont move here! (Read managers lies to my claims below. THERE IS NO COURTESY PATROL. I've lived here for 3 years and they have NEVER had such a thing.They did not fix any of the parking lines over the summer. Instead they've raised the rent AGAIN claiming they need it for renovations however the community is still in ruins, there are still stray cats by the hundreds to deal with the rodent problems, the gate to our garage area has been broken for a YEAR as well as the gates to the apartment areas)This community is awful. The parking situation, is AWFUL. Everyone is so inconsiderate and there are no parking lines which means people will take up 2 car spaces limiting the alrest limited spots *see pictures*. Sure you get a one car garage, every other spot is 1st come 1st serve BUT there isn't enough spots. If you show up after 2pm be prepared to drive around hoping theres an open spot within walking distance of your apartment. TOO many times I've had to park more than a block away. Also some tenants have cars they never move, so they're just taking up parking spaces. For as big as the community is, you would think they would consider fixing the parking situation to accommodate everyone. ALSO These apartment buildings are NOT insulated. During a heat wave, the wall mounted a/c unit does not get cold. It doesn't matter if you have black out curtains in every room, and multiple fans. There are hot spots all over and its miserable for my family. I wish we could move but we cannot afford anything else, even though they raised our rent by $250 last year. Please dont move here. For $1700 its not worth it. There are NO ammenties, NO UPDATES dont be fooled."

"Horrible! Ghetto to the max. Just to let you know they call this place the rat traps.! Just picture that.. Roaches and Rats everywhere.. The manager allows a family of 7 or 8 in 1 apt.. Thats why these apts are always so dirty.. Kids running everywhere. Dont be surprised if you wake up with a broken window, flat tires. Avoid the headache."

"apartments horrible my apartment got flooded 2 and smell like mold and they only did a quick fix I have Roaches and bugs cone out of the wall one of my kids got bitten 27 time I told her she tried to say that they were bad bugs bites, I told my doctor she said no it can't be if one of my kids got it all my 3 kids would get them but besides that there never parking ! And there a lot of homeless people here. So be careful"

"Sorry to say but I must be completely honest! I have been here for about 6 years now and management is ok. They are often not in the office when you need them and it's pretty much a waiting game. When you place work orders they almost NEVER complete them. Last work order I put in I had to tell them over 3 times before someone came. The pipes in the walls creek granted it is an old building. Our apartment unit as well as all the ones connected to mines are infested with roaches. The problem is really bad and since all the walls are connected they come and go as they please. Our apartment has gaps in the moulding and in the cabinets so the bugs just run and hide in the walls when you attempt to remedy the problem. On the other side of the coin. If you can deal with the parking and bug issues. The place is quiet and is fairly in expensive in comparison to other places. We are moving to another place though. The roach problem is to great for us to ignore and nothing we have done has minimized the issue."
