Castlerock Apartments

"Been here for 1 year. We pay well over $2800 for a two bed two bath, no utilities included. We do not recommend you living here, look elsewhere. We have gotten 3 of our own vehicles total vandalized on their property in front of 2-4 of their cameras and after “investigation “, the footage is never “clear” or the footage is “limited”, and according to their leasing consultant that works in the front office named Rachael verbatim said on 2/2/2024 over the phone “are not there for security or to prevent crimes”, so I’m not quite sure why they have them up for, creepy. Per Officer Lim who works for the Riverside Police Department, this property specifically has had SEVERAL incidents happen and they are verbatim “not cooperative whatsoever with us (RPD)”. We pay well over $2800 in living here, utilities not included. We had no problem paying that because we though we were in a safe area and renting from a property that actually cared about their residents and their safety, but apparently you are better off going to the bad side of town and paying less than half you'd pay here if your going to be living in a property where your stuff gets vandalized, police get involved and your property management literally doesn’t care about you or your safety, and you have to go to sleep wondering if your car is going to be vandalized and/or stolen. If the police say it themselves, I think that should give you enough of an answer of what to expect of this property and their staff."

"$2k for a 1 bedroom apartment is outrages, unlike other complexes you are also responsible for all utilities electric, water, gas, and a mandatory trash pick up service. At the end you’re paying over $3k to live here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere"

"It's a central haven for single family business owners that love the whole Hawaiian look outside. Been living here for 4 years now and my favorite repair man has to be Javier hands down he's always down to earth and punctual. Also the jacuzzi breaks down every winter for some reason and the staff waits til Dec to fix it. Expensive but worth the price if you can hold an industry of your own. Recommendations warehouse / security / package and delivery. Watch out for car theft."

"CastleRock is a great place to live. Been here for a 1 1/2 years. Whenever there is a problem, the front management team aways takes care of it. The grounds are well kept and the apartment s are beautiful inside. As well as comfortable. I would not hesitate to to rent from here"
