"It’s been a rewarding three months at Tuscany Hills Apartments, and I’m eager to share my experience. A big thank you to Ariana, Laureena, and the dedicated maintenance worker, Miguel, for their outstanding service. The efficiency in handling work orders in my two-bedroom apartment is impressive, usually completed within 24-48 hours. The leasing office’s proactive communication is exemplary, ensuring we are always in the loop. The cleanliness of the property and luxurious amenities like the pool and Jacuzzi make every day enjoyable. Tuscany Hills is a fitting choice for diverse residents, from singles to families, offering a blend of comfort, quality, and community spirit. This property truly deserves its five-star rating for its commitment to excellence and resident satisfaction."

"These apartments are extremely quiet and very well maintained. Staff are supportive and actively present in the leasing office for any concerns. Every time I have hopped in, someone has been there to greet me. I've been here for about 2 years. There are several concerns I am noticing. More cats. Several cats can be seen roaming around in the mid-late hours. Some residents are leaving their cats outside to roam around the entire site. There is a considerable parking issue as parking is no longer allowed on the side street. Lots are completely filled. Maybe non-occupied detached garages can be substituted for outside car ports? I personally had to call towing services to validate EVERYONE'S permit parking as I could not find a spot. This will probably be a frequent ongoing issue. But aside from this.... great place :)"

"We just moved in less than a month ago & Laureena helped us through the whole process. She kept me up to date and answered all my questions via email. We were given everything on move in date and was the quickest & easiest transition. The only negative thing is parking at night can get a little crowded. Some people don't have the green tag to park after 6pm so it gets crowded with non residences but still take up parking since the office people are gone. Besides that its a beautiful apartment complex to live in. Very well taken care of. Maintenance people fix everything super quick & the front office ladies have great customer care."

"I really wanted to give 5 stars because Ariana & Lorena has been so good to me from day one of the initial communication regarding my application process. Although it’s only been a day since I moved in it’s reassuring to know their office staff was great in case I need to contact them for any reason. They offer a range of support to help with any suggestions necessary, but the parking isn’t good at all the garage are too narrow for my car and no spaces to park outside of that other than paying extra monthly & being on a waitlist . Overall I think the apartments are awesome nearby freeway access and close to many convenient stores, and most of all Quiet in a good neighborhood"

"I lived here for almost 3 years, and I absolutely loved it! Everyone in leasing and maintenance are so friendly (Laureena was so fantastic when I came to visit the apartments, she's actually the reason I moved in--and she was amazing throughout my time there and has even been helpful after I've moved out). Any time I had an issue--which was rare and never anything serious--the situation would be resolved within a day or two. The shared spaces are incredibly well maintained, the apartments are spacious and have TONS of storage, and I loved the in-unit washer and dryer. It's definitely a pet-friendly and family-friendly place. Parking in the area is a little tricky, if I'm being honest, but each unit comes with a garage, and that was great. Highly recommend!"
