"Been at this property over 8 years now and seen a lot of changes with management and maintenance. For a lot of the years maintenance would take longer than expected being that the maintenance tech at the time was only available 3 days out of the week. For the past year or 2 with the current maintenance tech completes maintenance requests in the same day or under 2 days. The manager is nice and always informing the residents by text or email on events or property reminders. The manager is not afraid to kick out trespassers. The laundry room is always open and can be a hassle to wash on a busy weekend being that there are new washers and dryers. The property is in my opinion nicer than any others in the area. The 2 new apartment complex’s Amber Cove and Loma Villas are nice and new but I had to pass even though they have washer/dryer in the unit and I was disappointed with interior tile design elements in Amber Cove and bad reviews of management with Loma Villas. Plus, I can’t beat that Loma Vista covers water, trash, sewer and gas utilities unlike the new properties. I read a few reviews here and seen one about the owners of the property not caring for people with disabilities and I disagree with that review. If I’m not mistaken I remember that tenant, they were posting fake notices on vehicles pretending to management and then management stepped in and then this particular person was no longer a resident. Regardless of that review it’s a good property for it’s worth for me and my dog. Don’t forget to pick pet water they charge people for leaving pet waste after they review camera footage on who didn’t dispose of it."

"I enjoyed living here for the past year as a student. The property manager welcomed me into this community and was so responsive, understanding, and communicative. They were always on top of everything. It's very quiet and safe. Maintenance was easy to contact whenever there were any problems (rarely any), paying rent was simple online, and the apartment was nice with great appliances and smooth layout. Washer/dryer was a short distance away and the pool is a great addition too! Highly recommend."

"I enjoyed living here for over two years. The community is kind, and friendly, but lets you enjoy your privacy. Good for all types of living situations (families, couples, single people). They are very pet friendly; I think the majority of tenants have some sort of pet. The property manager responded quickly to any concerns and maintained always provided good work. Only downside was the shared laundry room and that the washers and dryers often needed repair. But other than that, I have no complaints!"

"I've never felt more comfortable! Super affordable and perfect for my boyfriend and I. Its really close to the hospital and our jobs. Shopping center is very close as well! Trisha is the best and will go out of her way to get things done! I love it here!"
