"I've lived here very comfortably for a long time. Manager is a good person, may not be native to english but it doesn't mean he doesn't speak it well enough, I could personally understand everything he says even with the slight accent and he doesn't choke on english words usually. In my experience, he is professional, super friendly respectful and will try to help you if you let him and if he is able to. My living experience here is quite quiet, peaceful and typically friendly. Rent is a fair price especially nowadays with how everything went up. There are stores close by and a liquor store right next to us so it's convenient for us. The environment is pretty chill around here, wish there was better parking but for apartments in this area it is quite good. I also enjoy the view of the sun coming up, its very open so you can see the beauty just arise slowly and so clearly behind the mountains w/o much disturbance. Apart from that, what can I say, I love it here."
