"These apartments are pretty expensive for what little space you’re getting. Laundry is costly, also. Shopping center is really close though so that’s a plus and it’s quiet outside which I really enjoy. Overall I’d recommend BUT if you can, rent somewhere else where you’ll be getting a better bang for your buck :)"

"It's a nice looking place with extremely thin walls. Nice polite staff but some things will never be addressed for whatever reason. Landscapers will allow places to be muddy with ponds in front of your apartments so if course that causes mosquitoes and a smell, not to mention an eye sore. Maintenance will allow the dumpsters to sit out emptied in the driving areas for days so you are constantly dodging them and other cars. There are some tenants that leave garbage in front of their apartments or treat the front of the apartment like a storage area. So there are constant annoyances that should be addressed for the amount of money you spend to live here. The worst of them is the walls are paper thin with people blasting their stereos at all hours of the day and night. There should be an on-site security guard to take reports of ridiculousness that happens at night."

"This place is bad Roach Infested. Scamming their people at the laundromat The pools are green not maintained no one can go swimming. Everything falling apart the Laundry room is a scam. You pay Rent for them to maintain your facilities but every other machine is broken. Doesn't accept your card have to download an app And it charges you more than then to go to a local laundry room They are scamming their own people That pay for these facilities I would highly Recommend not bringing your family here to expensive for the trash they give. It is cheeper to do laundry At a truck stop or your local Laundromat then it is To Do it at a place where the people pay for the facility they pay rent for this place."

"We lived at Centrepointe for three yrs. The apartments are clean and we never had a problem with bug's. The grounds are kept beautiful . They were fair with our return of deposit. Overall our experience was good. The only problem we had was the cost of rent for a tiny apartment. These apartments are small. Much Smaller than average Apartments. The price has gone up about $300 from when we moved in... which I think is ridiculous. So it's a mixed bag. There's good and bad. We recently moved to high desert into an apartment double the size and with central air for same price."
